• Financial Responsible for Express Publications, Matrix Press & Express News at Gujranwala Station.
• Bank Dealing (Cash Deposits, Cheque Deposits, Utility Bills Deposits, and other also all officially and vendors matter dealing through bank also Feedback from bank etc)
• Petty Cash Management
• Purchasing (Providing all material, things need to Press staff also Bureau staff included all departments of Express and TMN Like News, Production, Marketing, Circulation etc)
• Providing Vendor Bills to HO and time by time updating vendors as well as HO regarding this.
• Responsibility 2
• Advertising Department (Prepared daily reports for advertisement sending to HO, Making Aging reports of clients sending to HO, Daily checking newspapers for ads, Providing Invoices to marketing dept for recoveries, also updating marketing dept for pending payments, making different reports for marketing dept asked by Gujranwala as well as Billing Dept HO).
• Responsibility 3
• Payroll Department
• Distribution of Salaries of On-Dot as well as Contract Expiry Staff issued by Payroll.
• Making & Sending Monthly Overtime of all departments separately to Payroll.
• Making & Sending Manual Attendance for Press to Payroll.
• Collecting & Sending Medical Claims of all departments to Payroll.
• Collecting & Sending Leave Applications to Payroll.
• Distribution of Documents (Cards, Letters, Demand Draft etc) issued by Payroll to Staff.
• Dispatching Receiving’s to Payroll.
• Others
• Circulation Department Dealing (Making Monthly Invoices & dispatching to Circulation Agents, Follow up for recoveries, Reporting to HO circulation department and Recovery department).
• Administrative Matters of Station (Providing monthly consumable goods, Repairs, Electric issues etc
• Audit Department (Providing all reports & documents required by audit dept Lahore etc).
